Pricing
All prices displayed on TimestripOnline.com are in U.S. dollars. Timestrip Online will add shipping and handling fees to all orders and applicable sales tax to those orders where we are legally mandated to do so. We reserve the right to change prices and product specifications at any time without incurring any obligation to you.
Orders
While we strive to have all items available at all times, we may periodically be sold out of certain items. Upon the replenishing of the items, the items will be shipped to customers in the order in which the customer orders were received by Timestrip Online. We reserve the right to restrict delivery to any address, or to restrict delivery to any individual who in our sole opinion may be a credit risk to Timestrip Online.
Receipt of an order confirmation by you does not constitue Timestrip Online's acceptance of the order. Prior to our accepting an order, verification of information will be initiated and we reserve the right at any time to accept or decline any order. We reserve the right to limit quatities on any order and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification.
Risk of loss of a product purchased by you and shipped by Timestrip Online or its agents passes to you upon delivery of the order to the Post Office or the carrier to whom the shipment was tendered.
Return Policy
If dissatisfied for any reason with the Timestrips you receive, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order if 80% of the Timestrips remain unused. This means that a minimum of 40 Timestrips in a 50 pack must not have been used. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the Timestrip back to us. We will only refund shipping charges if the
item sent is defective or we've sent the wrong item. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Texas, County of Travis and/or the Fifth Circuit Court. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions of the Terms.
